Chiguru Farm
Description
Chiguru Farm is a 25-acres active organic farm, just 50-70kms from Bangalore (depending on your location). We grow different fruits (like banana, mango, litchi, chikku, guava, rose apple, pomegranate, figs, etc) and rare honeybees, desi cows, sheep and earthworms for the organic farming itself. We have started agri tourism in the farm with the idea of propagating the farming knowledge among school kids and families while experiencing the rural vegetarian food and games in a peaceful environment. We have infrastructure to handle day visitors and overnight stays. As we are not a resort and we don’t want to be one.
We have a guided farm tour where guests can pick and taste the seasonal fruits and play with the farm animals like cows & calves and sheep. During free time you can play unique rural games like lagori, buguri, chowkabara, and many more.
We will normally have some or the other fruits throughout the year.
Our food is authentic rural wholesome and veg-only.
